What you get

We have no Worcester project published yet; the nearest ADS work is the Warehouse Facility in Brookline, MA, 51,542 sq ft scanned Nov 11–25, 2024. After that come a 6,200 sq ft contemporary residence in Greenwich, CT (Jan 7–Feb 6, 2025) and a 2,500 sq ft office suite in Manhattan (Jul 24–30, 2024).

The product is a measured record of your building and the drawings made from it. On site a technician captures the space with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3. The scans are registered into one point cloud, and from that we draft 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections. If your team works in BIM we deliver a Revit model at LOD 200–300. A 360° digital twin, MEP and structural elements, and BOMA/REBNY area calculations are added when scoped. For a multi-storey mill or a hospital wing that has been reconfigured several times, the scan picks up every column, floor step and ceiling change without anyone climbing a ladder with a tape.

How a Worcester project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need and we return an itemized quote. ADS does not keep a crew in Worcester, so travel is a separate line. Scanning is one visit with the building open; a large floor plate takes longer but still does not need to close. We register, draft, and send you the set to review before final delivery.

Worcester FAQ

What does it cost?
Floor area, interior complexity, deliverables and travel set the price. An open warehouse floor costs less to document than a fitted-out clinic with exposed MEP; point cloud plus 2D CAD is the base tier and Revit adds drafting time. Each quote is itemized so you can remove anything you do not need.

Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Yes for most buildings. Travel is a single quoted line, the scan happens in one visit, and the digital twin cuts down on repeat site trips for your consultants. If you have several buildings in Worcester County, scanning them on one trip spreads that cost.

How accurate is it?
The drawings are drafted from a point cloud captured with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, so dimensions are measured rather than assumed. Out-of-plumb masonry, settled floors and irregular column spacing in older buildings are recorded as found.

Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base your design professional submits. In Worcester, permits for new construction, repairs, additions, alterations, demolition and changes of use are issued by the Inspectional Services Department's Building & Zoning Division at 25 Meade Street. Your architect or engineer files; we make sure the existing conditions are right.

Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and can be shared with any consultant you choose.
