Project Overview
Located in the heart of SoHo, Lower Manhattan, this 2,500 sq. ft. office suite sits within a multi-story building surrounded by galleries, studios, and retail spaces. The unit’s open layout features exposed beams, visible MEP systems, and generous ceiling heights. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES performed a detailed LiDAR survey to provide precise spatial data supporting architectural upgrades, space optimization, and future renovation planning.

Our Role & Technology
The team completed a full interior LiDAR survey to document visible structural, mechanical, and finish conditions with sub-millimetric accuracy.
Mapped exposed beams, ducts, and fixtures to generate reliable as-built geometry.
Delivered coordinated Revit, AutoCAD, and PDF packages for design and construction.
Created detailed sectional and schedule sets to guide layout and spatial planning.
Key Challenges & Solutions
Reflective MEP and ceiling finishes introduced scanning interference, resolved through manual alignment checks.
The office’s multi-zone layout was modeled by function to support workspace and service planning.
High ceilings with layered infrastructure required advanced scanning methods to ensure geometric accuracy.
