Project Overview
Located in Greenwich’s prestigious Baldwin Farms, this 6,200 sq. ft. modern residence stands out for its white façades, expansive glazing, and lush natural setting. Inside, double-height living and dining spaces create a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) completed a comprehensive LiDAR survey under winter conditions, capturing the property’s full geometry to produce a precise BIM model and technical documentation for design and renovation.

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) utilized a LiDAR-based workflow to maintain precision under challenging winter conditions.
Constructed accurate 3D geometry for all levels, including attic and basement, directly from point cloud data.
Incorporated roof geometry, ceiling heights, and architectural detailing to ensure spatial coherence.
Recorded all openings, fenestration, and lighting fixtures to establish reliable design references.
