The digital twin earns its keep on a remote project: your consultants can check a condition from their desks instead of making the drive, and the point cloud answers the questions that come up after the visit.

Does the building have to close?
No. Offices, shops, schools and homes stay in use while we scan. We plan the route through the building with you and can capture restricted areas outside normal hours.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base your design professional submits. In Pittsfield, the City's Building Inspectors Department at 10 Fenn Street issues building, electrical, plumbing and gas permits for new construction, repairs, renovations and demolition, and takes residential and commercial building permit applications through its online permitting portal. Your architect or engineer files the application.
Who owns the files?
