What you get

When a Nashua building changes hands, changes tenants or changes use, the first question an architect asks is whether the existing drawings can be trusted. Usually they cannot. An ADS as-built gives your team a measured starting point: a technician scans the building with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, and every sheet we deliver is drafted from that scan.

You can receive, depending on scope, a registered 3D point cloud; a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser; 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections); a Revit model at LOD 200–300; MEP and structural elements where scoped; and BOMA or REBNY area calculations on request.

We do not yet have a published project in Nashua or elsewhere in New Hampshire. The nearest is the 51,542 sq ft warehouse facility we documented in Brookline, Massachusetts in November 2024. Our other Northeast work includes the 6,200 sq ft Baldwin Farms residence in Greenwich, Connecticut (2025) and a 2,500 sq ft office suite in Manhattan (2024), both listed below.

How a Nashua project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you want; we return an itemized quote, with travel on its own line because we have no crew based in Nashua. The building stays open on scan day. The scans are registered into one point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review the set before we finalize it.

Nashua FAQ

What does it cost?
The price is set by floor area, how much is in the space, which deliverables you want and travel. Point cloud plus 2D CAD is the lowest tier; a Revit model adds drafting hours. Every quote is itemized so you can remove what you do not need.

Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For most Nashua commercial and industrial buildings, yes. The site visit is the short part of the job, so travel stays a minor line, and the Brookline warehouse below was scanned on the same basis.

How accurate is it?
Dimensions come from a registered point cloud captured with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 scanners rather than from tape measurements, so they are measured, not assumed.

Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff and tenants during business hours, and after-hours visits can be arranged.

Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a renovation or tenant-improvement submittal to Nashua's building department. They handle the filing and any code questions; our job is to make sure the existing conditions in the set are right.

Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours to share with your consultants.

Scanned by our crews in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York:

  • Warehouse Facility in Brookline
    Brookline, MA · 51,542 sq ft · 2024
Floor by floor, this 51,542 sq ft facility was recorded as consistent high-density point cloud datasets. The Revit model covered every storage unit plus vertical systems, sublevels and stairs, with annotated AutoCAD sheets organized level by level.
  • Baldwin Farms Contemporary Residence
    Greenwich, CT · 6,200 sq ft · 2025
Snow on the ground during this winter survey meant scanning the exterior in phases to get full coverage. Complex roof and attic geometry was then aligned carefully from the point cloud.
  • Office Suite in Manhattan
    New York, NY · 2,500 sq ft · 2024
High ceilings layered with infrastructure needed advanced scanning methods in this 2,500 sq ft office unit. The LOD 300 Revit model was structured for renovation and facility management, alongside 2D CAD floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections and schedules.
