Stamford is a short drive from our closest published project: the Baldwin Farms Contemporary Residence in Greenwich, a 6,200 sq ft house we documented between January and February 2025. We have not yet published a Stamford project, but the same crews cover Fairfield County and the New York side of the line, where recent work includes a 7,788 sq ft beachfront residence in Kings Point, a 2,500 sq ft office suite in Manhattan and the 565,308 sq ft state office complex in Poughkeepsie, which needed façade elevations and site topography as well as floor plans.
What you receive depends on scope. The base deliverable is a registered 3D point cloud captured with Leica RTC360 or BLK2GO scanners or a Matterport Pro3, plus a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser. From the cloud we draft 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections. Teams working in BIM get a Revit model at LOD 200–300, with MEP and structural elements modeled when they are in scope, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations on request.
How a Stamford project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need, and we return an itemized quote with travel as its own line. On scan day one technician walks the building; an office or store stays open. The scans are registered into a single point cloud, drafted, and sent to you for review before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Floor area, the amount of detail in the space, the deliverables you choose and travel set the price. A point cloud with 2D CAD is the lowest tier; a Revit model adds drafting hours. Each quote is itemized, so you can remove any line you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Our nearest documented project is in Greenwich, one town over, so Stamford is not a long trip. Travel is quoted separately and is usually a small part of the total.
How accurate is it?
Every dimension comes from the point cloud, not from a tape, and the scans are registered into one model before drafting starts. That is how we held the geometry together across the 565,308 sq ft Poughkeepsie complex.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around occupants during working hours, and early-morning or evening sessions can be arranged for busy lobbies and trading floors.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits with a renovation or fit-out application. In Stamford, building permits are issued by the City of Stamford Building Department at the Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard, which also handles construction inspections and close-out. Your design professional files the application; we make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and can be shared with any consultant you choose.
