What you get
ADS documents Murrieta buildings with a laser scan and turns the scan into the files your team works in. Scope decides what you get: a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can tour in a browser, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP or structural elements when they are required. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.

How a Murrieta project runs: you send the address, approximate square footage and deliverables; we send back an itemized quote in which travel is its own line, since we do not keep a crew in southwest Riverside County. The scan is done while the building stays open. We register the scans, draft the drawings from the point cloud, and you review them before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Four things: square footage, the amount of detail inside, the deliverables you choose and travel. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the entry tier; Revit adds modeling. Quotes are itemized line by line.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For anything larger than a single room, usually yes. The scan is a single visit, nothing has to be re-measured later, and the travel line is modest next to the drafting.
How accurate is it?
Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3 generate the point cloud; the drawings are drafted from it, so dimensions are measured, not assumed.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around staff, customers and tenants, and can schedule after hours where needed.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your design professional submits to the City of Murrieta Building & Safety Division at 1 Town Square through the city's Permit Center, and applications filed on or after January 1, 2026 are reviewed under the 2025 California codes. Our drawings give the submittal a measured existing-conditions base.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
