Project Overview
Located in coastal Solana Beach, this retail and mixed-use complex underwent a large-scale modernization aimed at revitalizing its tenant mix and enhancing consumer experience. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES conducted a full Scan-to-BIM survey to document the existing site conditions with precision. The as-built data provided a reliable foundation for architectural upgrades, tenant coordination, and redevelopment aligned with new lifestyle and wellness concepts.

Our Role & Technology
