Project Overview
Located in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter, this three-story mixed-use property combines a boutique hotel with ground-level retail spaces, forming part of the city’s vibrant downtown fabric. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES performed a complete Scan-to-BIM survey to document existing conditions and support future redevelopment. The digital data captured precise architectural and structural details, facilitating modernization while preserving the property’s heritage.
