Citrus Heights FAQ
What does it cost?
Size and contents first: a tenant improvement in an open suite is quicker than a clinic with many small rooms and ceiling services. Then the deliverables, from point cloud and CAD up to a Revit model. Travel is a separate line.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For the Grass Valley clinic it was: a full CAD and photo set in eight days. For a very small job, ask us; for most tenant improvements and renovations, yes.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions are read from the registered point cloud rather than taped, so partitions and ceiling heights are where the scanner found them.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around customers, patients and staff, and can scan before opening.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer submits them as the existing-conditions base to the City of Citrus Heights Building & Safety Division, Community Development Department, which accepts tenant-improvement and remodel applications through its Citizen Access Portal. Applications on or after 1 January 2026 are reviewed under the 2025 California codes.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours and your consultants'.
