Tamarac FAQ
What does it cost?
Three things set the price: floor area, how much is in the space (an empty bay is quicker to document than a fitted-out clinic), and which deliverables you need. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base tier; a Revit model adds modeling time. Quotes are itemized, so you can drop a line you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Tamarac sits in central Broward County, within easy reach of our Miami office and the Hallandale Beach and North Miami projects listed below. If any travel applies it shows as its own line on the quote, so you can judge it before you commit.
How accurate is it?
We capture the building with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 scanners and draft from the registered point cloud, not from tape measurements. Every wall, opening and ceiling height in the set was measured on site.
Does the building have to close?
No. Condominium common areas, shops and offices stay open during the scan. We work around residents and staff, and evening visits can be arranged.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is prepared as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits with a renovation or tenant-improvement application. In Tamarac that goes to the City of Tamarac Building Department at 6011 Nob Hill Road, which takes applications through its ePermits portal. Statewide, condominium and co-op buildings three stories or taller fall under Florida's milestone inspection law (Florida Statutes 553.899), and a measured structural as-built is useful groundwork for that review.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants to keep and reuse.

North Miami, FL · 15,000 sq ft · 2025
Adaptive reuse and operational upgrades were planned for this industrial-corridor warehouse. ADS mapped circulation routes and access zones, and its site and ceiling plans outlined lighting, HVAC and docking areas for the reconfiguration. - Office Building in Flagler District
Miami, FL · 126,500 sq ft · 2021
