We scan with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 scanners and deliver, as scoped, a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where you ask for them. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.

Yes. The Borough of Sayreville's Construction Department at 49 Dolan Street enforces the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and issues permits; your architect or engineer submits the application and our drawings supply the existing conditions it rests on.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
