Every ADS as-built is drawn from a scan, not a tape. On site, a technician captures the building with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3; the scans are registered into one point cloud, which becomes the measured record for everything else. The standard set is 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections. Options include a 360° digital twin you can walk through in a browser, a Revit model at LOD 200–300 for BIM teams, MEP and structural elements where scoped, and BOMA/REBNY area calculations for landlords and tenants working out rentable area. For a medical suite or office floor that has been subdivided several times, the scan shows where the partitions, ceilings and services actually ended up.

Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits.
