We have not yet published a Perth Amboy project, so the nearest examples of our work are across Raritan Bay and the Hudson in New York. In July 2024 we documented a 2,500 sq ft Office Suite in Manhattan; in autumn 2024 we scanned two Russian Nails salons, 1,500 sq ft on Maiden Lane and 2,590 sq ft in Midtown South (Matterport Pro3); and in August 2025 the 7,788 sq ft Kings Point Beachfront Residence on Long Island.
From any of those you would receive the same menu, scoped to your job: a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where needed. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
How a Perth Amboy project runs: you tell us the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you want; we send an itemized quote with travel on its own line. A technician scans the building with a Leica RTC360, BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, usually in one visit, while it stays in use. The scans are registered into one point cloud, drawings are drafted from it, and you review the set before final delivery.

Floor area, complexity, deliverables and travel. A downtown mixed-use building with a shop below and apartments above has more rooms per square foot than a warehouse, so it takes longer to draft; point cloud and CAD is the base tier, Revit is extra. The quote lists each item.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For most jobs, yes: our Northeast crews already cover Manhattan and Long Island, so Perth Amboy is a short trip, and travel appears as a single line you can see.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions are measured from the point cloud, not taken by hand or copied from old plans. Reflective surfaces and glass are handled on site by adjusting scanner settings.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around tenants, staff and customers and can scan before opening or after closing if that is easier.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Perth Amboy issues construction permits under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code through the city's construction code office and its subcode officials. Your architect or engineer submits the application; our drawings are the existing-conditions base in it.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours to share with your consultants.
