The Olvera Street job is the useful comparison for older or altered buildings: the crew scanned low-light, partly dismantled rooms, modeled non-orthogonal walls and uneven floors directly from the point cloud, and documented an unplanned technical room as added value, delivering its full point cloud to the client.
What you get is chosen per project: a registered 3D point cloud; a 360° digital twin; 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections); a Revit model at LOD 200–300 for BIM teams; MEP and structural elements when scoped; BOMA or REBNY area calculations on request.

What does it cost?

Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?

How accurate is it?
We use Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and Matterport Pro3 and draw from the registered point cloud, so dimensions are measured rather than estimated. Additions, settlement and out-of-square walls show up as they are.
Does the building have to close?
No. Scanning fits around occupants, and after-hours visits can be arranged for shops, clinics and schools.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
The set is the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits to your city's building department. Applications filed on or after January 1, 2026 are reviewed under the 2025 California codes.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours to share with your consultants.
