Renovating in Jurupa Valley? Start With Real Measurements

What you get

What you receive from ADS in Jurupa Valley depends on the scope you choose, but the method is always the same: a LiDAR scan of the building first, drawings second. The scan produces a registered 3D point cloud and a 360° digital twin you can walk through online. From the point cloud we draft 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections), build a Revit model at LOD 200–300 if your team works in BIM, and pick up exposed MEP and structural elements where you ask for them. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.

We have not yet published a Jurupa Valley or Riverside County project. Our nearest work is in Los Angeles County: the 4,700 sq ft Multi-Tenant Suites on Silver Spur Road in Rolling Hills (2024), a 1,000 sq ft entryway and hall survey in Sherman Oaks (2025) and the Sepulveda Level 2 historic building documentation in Los Angeles (3,117 sq ft, 2026). To the south we documented a 26,580 sq ft commercial building in San Diego in 2024.

How a Jurupa Valley project runs: you send the address, square footage and deliverables; we quote, with any travel from the Los Angeles area shown as a separate line. On scan day the building stays in use while the technician works through it. The scans are registered into a single point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review and mark up the set before we issue the final files.

Jurupa Valley FAQ

What does it cost?
The quote is built from floor area, the complexity of the space (an empty industrial shell is quick; a finished office with ceilings full of exposed services is not), the deliverables you pick and travel. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the lowest tier; Revit is extra drafting.

Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Jurupa Valley is within a day trip of our Los Angeles-area projects, so travel is modest. For a warehouse, a multi-tenant property or a renovation going to an architect, a measured set usually pays for itself against field verification later.

How accurate is it?
Dimensions are taken from the point cloud, captured with Leica RTC360 or BLK2GO scanners or a Matterport Pro3, not from tape. Large open floors and high racking are well suited to the method.

Does the building have to close?
No. Operations continue during the scan; forklifts and staff just need to keep clear of the scanner for a few seconds at each setup. We also work after hours.

Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base. Permits in Jurupa Valley go through the City of Jurupa Valley Building and Safety Division, which plan-checks against the California Building Code. Applications filed on or after January 1, 2026 are reviewed under the 2025 California codes, so your design professional will want current measured drawings behind the submittal.

Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit are handed to you and your consultants.

Rolling Hills Estates, CA · 4,700 sq ft · 2024
A 4,700 sq ft property with two independent consulting suites linked by an exterior ramp, documented for renovation and operational planning. ADS delivered a point cloud, 360° digital twin, AutoCAD and PDF sheets and an annotated site photo record.
  • Sherman Oaks Entryway & Hall Survey
    Sherman Oaks, CA · 1,000 sq ft · 2025
Each distinct entrance geometry at this 1,000 sq ft Sherman Oaks residence was documented to hold dimensional precision on all fronts. Deliverables were a clean RCP-format point cloud, a 360° digital twin, and annotated AutoCAD drawings with PDF sheets.
  • Sepulveda - Level 2 Historic Documentation
    Los Angeles, CA · 3,117 sq ft · 2026
Standard measurements would not have been enough for the structural quirks of this historic Olvera Street building, so ADS laser-scanned its second level and turned the scans into BIM models that reduced risk for the construction phase.
  • Commercial Building in San Diego
    San Diego, CA · 26,580 sq ft · 2024
ADS combined LiDAR and aerial photogrammetry to document this 26,580 sq ft Gaslamp Quarter building, producing BIM and CAD outputs and a Matterport tour that let stakeholders review it off site.
