We have not yet published a project in Coachella or the wider Coachella Valley. Our nearest completed work is a drive west: the Sepulveda historic documentation in downtown Los Angeles, where in May 2026 we laser-scanned a 3,117 sq ft second floor with Leica equipment, documented an unplanned technical room as added value, and delivered coordinated Revit, CAD and PDF; the Solana Beach Shopping Mall in San Diego County, 146,404 sq ft captured in January 2025; and the Multi-Tenant Suites on Silver Spur Road in Rolling Hills, 4,700 sq ft documented in November 2024.
The same process serves a packing house, a retail strip or a house: a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD drawings in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where scoped. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.
How a Coachella project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you want, and we quote with travel from the Los Angeles area as a separate line. One technician scans the building in a single visit with a Leica RTC360, BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 while it stays in use. We register the scans, draft from the point cloud, and send you the set to review before the final files are released.

What does it cost?
Floor area, how much is inside, the deliverables you choose and the drive out from Los Angeles. A large open agricultural or industrial shed is quick; a finished clinic or restaurant takes longer. Everything is itemised.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a single small room, maybe not. For a building that needs CAD or Revit drawings, the travel line is small against the drafting and the trip is usually worth it; ask about combining several sites in one visit.
How accurate is it?
Measurements come from the registered point cloud, so the drawings show walls, openings and heights as scanned. Harsh desert light through glazing is handled by adjusting scanner settings on site.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around staff and customers, and can scan early in the day.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer submits the set as the existing-conditions base to the City of Coachella Building Division, under Community Development, which handles plan check, permitting and inspection for new construction and remodels. Applications on or after 1 January 2026 are reviewed under the 2025 California codes.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
