Project Overview
Situated near Joe Pool Lake in Cedar Hill, Texas, this 8,000 sq. ft. retail unit was surveyed to support a new store renovation. Formerly occupied by fashion brands, the space required updated documentation to capture its open-plan interiors with exposed steel trusses, suspended chandeliers, and floating ceilings. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES provided accurate LiDAR-based documentation of both front and back-of-house areas, establishing a reliable foundation for fit-out and design development.
