Project Overview
Situated on the 4th floor of a commercial building in New York’s Financial District, this 1,500 sq. ft. nail salon was surveyed as part of an ongoing collaboration for a luxury beauty brand. Featuring exposed systems and street-facing windows, the project required precise capture of stairs, ducts, and fixtures. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES provided detailed LiDAR documentation to ensure accurate layouts, seamless MEP coordination, and reliable data for renovation planning.

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES carried out a scan-to-BIM workflow, documenting architectural, structural, and MEP systems with millimeter precision. The final deliverables supported efficient coordination between design and engineering teams.
Built an LOD 300 Revit model including utilities, stairs, and lighting elements
Created dual-unit PDF layouts and sections for international coordination
Provided 360° digital twin and CAD deliverables for multi-phase design planning
