Project Overview
In Manhattan’s Flatiron District, this 1,673 sq. ft. space, featuring a ground floor and basement, was documented to support the fit-out of a new nail salon. The property’s exposed beams, open ceilings, and industrial finishes required detailed capture for accurate spatial and MEP coordination. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES provided LiDAR-based as-built documentation to guide system layout, architectural design, and renovation planning.
