Project Overview
Situated within one of Washington State’s major outlet destinations, this 4,747 sq. ft. retail space was surveyed to capture its complete architectural and functional layout. The store includes sales and fitting zones, a cashier area, emergency exits, and a dedicated back-of-house section with electrical, storage, and security systems. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES conducted a detailed LiDAR scan to document existing conditions, ensuring spatial accuracy for future design coordination, branding, and renovation planning.

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES executed a full reality capture using LiDAR technology to record all architectural and branded elements of the retail environment.
