Located in Flowery Branch, Georgia, this 1,838 sq. ft. corner café at Stonebridge Village was surveyed to support Lucky Goat Coffee’s continued expansion. The space features tall ceilings with exposed beams, lighting, and visible MEP systems that combine industrial character with modern efficiency. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) captured the site through LiDAR scanning, delivering accurate documentation for renovation and coordinated design planning.
