Project Overview
Located in Old Town Scottsdale’s entertainment district, this 2,492 sq. ft. retail unit was surveyed during its outfitting phase for a luxury fashion brand. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) conducted a full interior documentation using LiDAR scanning and 3D visualization to support architectural coordination. The open-plan layout and integrated service zones were accurately captured to streamline lighting, signage, and MEP design prior to store launch.

Developed detailed models of ceiling layouts, signage, and MEP components with precise alignment.
Generated coordinated architectural drawings illustrating electrical and plumbing distribution.
Verified geometric and dimensional consistency using 360° walkthrough references throughout the process.
