Situated in London’s prestigious Mayfair district, this retail property occupies a corner site known for its architectural elegance and luxury brands. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) performed a full Scan-to-BIM survey of the two-level space, including its basement, to create a detailed as-built model supporting future renovations and brand fit-outs. The documentation combined precision and artistry, preserving historical features while ensuring modern technical accuracy.

To ensure architectural and ornamental precision, our team integrated LiDAR scanning with Matterport Pro3 capture.
Modeled architectural elements including curved windows, doors, and decorative moldings.
Developed coordinated Revit models for both retail and basement levels.
Delivered SketchUp-ready outputs and visualization tools for design workflows.
