Situated in Miami’s Morningside neighborhood, within the Upper Eastside area, this 2,468 sq. ft. single-story home blends contemporary architecture with traditional wrought-iron accents and lush tropical landscaping. Designed with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool, the residence combines openness and natural light with a strong connection to the surrounding greenery. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) was engaged to document existing architectural conditions with precision, ensuring an accurate technical foundation for future renovation and planning.
