Project Overview

Located in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood, this compact residential property required accurate as-built documentation for renovation and permitting. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) conducted a high-precision LiDAR scan to capture architectural and structural details. The resulting digital twin and LOD 300 Revit model provided reliable geometry for design coordination and city submission.
