Project Overview
Located in Coral Gables, this waterfront residence required a detailed digital record to guide an upcoming renovation. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) executed a high-precision LiDAR survey and BIM modeling to capture architectural and structural details with millimeter accuracy. The resulting Revit model and visual assets provided a reliable foundation for design coordination and client review.
