Project Overview
Nestled in Miami’s Morningside district, this 2,740 sq. ft. single-level residence showcases a seamless blend of interior comfort and outdoor living, enhanced by landscaped gardens, a terrace, and a pool. Designed with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, social areas, and a garage, the home balances contemporary design with practical family functionality. As Built Drawing Services was commissioned to document existing architectural conditions using LiDAR scanning and Revit modeling, creating a complete as-built model that now serves as a reliable base for renovation and design development.

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) developed the architectural Revit model based on LiDAR scans collected by the on-site team. The laser data was converted into precise CAD files and refined into a coordinated BIM model.
Generated detailed 3D representations of walls, windows, ceilings, and other key structures.
Modeled roof and terrace elements to ensure spatial continuity between indoor and outdoor areas.
Captured and organized a full photographic record of all spaces for accurate design reference.
