Project Overview
Located in Dallas’s Preston Hollow, this 4,635 sq. ft. single-story residence integrates granite, steel, and custom woodwork framed by expansive windows. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) executed a full LiDAR-based survey to capture architectural and structural details, both interior and exterior. The resulting dataset documented surrounding vegetation, unique textures, and MEP systems, supporting renovation planning with precision.
