Project Overview
In Boca Grande, Florida, this 8,426 sq. ft. waterfront residence required precise as-built documentation to support planned renovations and ongoing maintenance. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (ADS) conducted a comprehensive LiDAR scan combined with a Scan-to-BIM workflow, documenting the architectural layout, structural systems, and visible MEP components with high accuracy. The resulting digital model provided architects and contractors with a reliable reference for design coordination while preserving the property’s coastal character and luxury appeal.
