Situated in East Baltimore’s historic Pratt Street corridor, this three-story rowhouse with basement and rooftop terrace spans approximately 5,069 sq. ft. The property retains the narrow proportions characteristic of the area, enhanced with modern interior renovations. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) performed a complete architectural survey and digital modeling to capture its multi-level structure, producing precise as-built documentation for future renovation and design coordination.
