Project Overview
Situated in the quiet residential area of Kendall, southwest of Miami, this 4,656 sq. ft. daycare facility required full architectural documentation to support renovation and modernization efforts. Featuring gabled roofs, arched entries, and classical columns, the building was scanned inside and out using high-precision LiDAR technology. The resulting data enabled the design team to plan upgrades accurately while maintaining the center’s original charm and functionality.

Our Role & Technology
The team executed a complete interior and exterior LiDAR survey, producing a coordinated BIM dataset for design development.
Reconstructed architectural geometry including arches, roofs, and round columns with millimetric accuracy.
Structured interior elevation packages by area to optimize review workflows.
Integrated visible MEP components—lighting, outlets, and plumbing—into the digital model.
