Located in Chicago’s Astor Street District, this 400 sq. ft. luxury kitchen was documented as part of AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES’ (Formerly DCMS Network) ongoing collaboration with a prestigious manufacturer from Florence. The survey aimed to validate MEP alignment before cabinetry installation, ensuring precise layout coordination and avoiding on-site discrepancies. Documentation focused solely on visible and accessible systems.

Our Role & Technology
Leveraging advanced LiDAR technology, our team performed a precise as-built survey to validate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing conditions.
Measured and recorded all accessible MEP outlets, such as lighting, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures, ensuring positional accuracy.
Developed refined sections and elevations confirming proper alignment and system integration.
Produced CAD documentation tailored for seamless coordination with millwork and installation teams.
