Positioned in the heart of New York’s Hudson Valley, this 565,308 sq. ft. state office complex in Poughkeepsie required extensive architectural documentation to support its renovation program. The scope encompassed interior layouts, façade elevations, and detailed topography of surrounding parking and landscaped areas. By combining precise scanning and modeling, the documentation established an essential foundation for accurate design planning and future building improvements.

Our Role & Technology
To achieve consistent and detailed results, our team developed the as-built model in Revit using millimeter-accurate LiDAR data. The workflow integrated topographic processing and laser-based capture to deliver coordinated outputs across disciplines.
Mapped architectural walls, windows, and roofs with precise alignment across all elevations
Generated a topographic model from processed point cloud data, refined in Revit
Delivered CAD drawings including floor plans, façade elevations, and contour representations
