Project Overview
Positioned along South Miami Avenue, this 162,500 sq. ft. multi-level retail complex—including a four-story parking structure—required precise as-built documentation to support glass façade design and BIM coordination. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES delivered complete core and shell documentation to assist the client and façade consultants in design planning, system integration, and renovation workflows with high spatial accuracy.

Core & Shell As-Built Revit Model: Covering structure and envelope
Slab Floorplans: For each level, including garage floors
Exterior Elevations in AutoCAD: All building sides for the glass provider



Our Role & Technology
The team executed a comprehensive LiDAR-based workflow for dimensional precision and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Conducted terrestrial scanning with Leica RTC360 for millimeter-level accuracy.
Developed LOD 200 Revit model for base coordination and BIM alignment.
Extracted façade and elevation drawings from the Revit model for glass system design.
