Project Overview
Located in the heart of Miami Beach’s Art Deco district, the iconic National Hotel required precise 3D documentation to guide upcoming renovations. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) conducted a comprehensive LiDAR survey of the main lobby, kitchen, basement, and outdoor areas, including the infinity-edge pool and terrace, signature elements of the property’s design. The resulting digital model supports collaboration with local architects while preserving the hotel’s historic character and coastal elegance.
