Project Overview
Situated in Uptown Charlotte’s vibrant North Tryon arts district, the 10,443 sq. ft. Gallery House underwent a detailed LiDAR survey and BIM documentation led by AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES. The three-level property, known for its curated art exhibitions and gathering spaces, required precise digital documentation to guide renovation planning and ensure architectural accuracy across its hybrid cultural and commercial environment.
