Project Overview
Located within North Miami’s industrial corridor, this 15,000 sq. ft. commercial warehouse required comprehensive 3D documentation to guide space reconfiguration and logistics planning. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES captured precise spatial layouts, circulation routes, and access zones, providing a reliable foundation for operational upgrades and adaptive reuse within the busy Miami-Dade logistics network.

The project combined terrestrial LiDAR scanning and CAD-based modeling to deliver accurate site and building documentation.
Surveyed interior warehouse geometry and exterior site boundaries.
Generated coordinated site and ceiling plans outlining lighting, HVAC, and docking areas.
Produced CAD-ready files formatted for design, permitting, and future redevelopment.
