Project Overview
Located in Rancho Bernardo’s thriving business district in northern San Diego, this 5,300 sq. ft. industrial space required high-precision 3D documentation to support renovation and system upgrades. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES delivered a detailed digital model capturing the site’s intricate MEP network and structural layout, ensuring accurate planning and long-term facility coordination for one of the region’s key technology and light-industrial hubs.
