Project Overview
Positioned in Miami’s lively Edgewater district, this medical suite combines refined aesthetics with functional precision. Overlooking Sabal Lake and the Intracoastal Waterway, the 2,666 sq. ft. space was designed for non-surgical body contouring procedures within a multi-level commercial building. Featuring private consultation rooms, exam spaces, and a bright lobby illuminated through curtain walls and full-height glazing, the layout was captured to preserve its seamless balance between luxury and clinical efficiency.

Our Role & Technology
To support design coordination and renovation planning, our team created a comprehensive 3D model through high-precision LiDAR scanning and BIM integration. This workflow ensured every architectural, mechanical, and structural element was documented with clarity and accuracy.
Captured intricate MEP systems including diffusers, sprinklers, exposed ducts, and ceiling-mounted units
Structured architectural features such as millwork, plumbing fixtures, and built-in furniture to LOD 300 standard
