Wichita Falls As-Built Drawings, Measured on Site
Trusted by Leading Brands and Industry Leaders

Wichita Falls FAQ
What does it cost?
Floor area, interior complexity, the deliverables you choose and travel. A metal building with an open floor is quick; a finished office or a house with built-ins takes longer. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the base; Revit adds drafting time. Quotes are itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Usually. The scan is the short part of the job; the drafting is done afterwards, off site. Travel is listed separately on the quote so you can judge it against a local hand-measured survey.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions come from a point cloud captured with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 scanners, so what is drawn is what was measured.
Does the building have to close?
No. Scanning is non-contact and the technician works around staff and customers. Businesses and homes stay open.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The City of Wichita Falls Building Inspections department, at 1300 7th Street, handles building permits and offers electronic plan review; your architect or engineer submits, using our set as the existing-conditions base.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
