What does it cost?

Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a hangar, plant, office building or store of any size, yes: the scan is a short visit and the rest is remote work, so travel is a small share. We price it separately so there are no surprises.
How accurate is it?
The point cloud is the measurement and the drawings follow it; nothing is estimated from old plans. We choose between the RTC360, BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 by the size and finish of the space.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around people and operations, and after-hours visits can be arranged.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base for your architect's or engineer's submittal. In Wichita, plan review, permits and inspections are handled by the Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department (MABCD), which serves both the city and Sedgwick County. Your design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are released to you and your consultants.
