Four inputs set the price: square footage, how much is going on inside the space (exposed ductwork and racking take longer to document than open floor), the deliverables you pick and the travel to West Valley City. Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?

How accurate is it?
Every dimension is taken from a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 point cloud rather than measured by hand, so the drawing reflects what the scanner captured on site.
Does the building have to close?
No. A technician works around staff, forklifts or customers during regular hours, and we can scan after hours if that is less disruptive.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the West Valley City Building Inspection Division at City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Boulevard. The design professional carries the permit; we make sure the existing conditions in it are accurate.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and to anyone you name.
