What you get
The deliverable is a set of drawings that match the West Jordan building as it is, built from a laser scan rather than a tape and a clipboard. A technician scans the building in one visit while it keeps operating. The scans are registered into one point cloud. The CAD set or Revit model is drafted from that cloud. What does it cost?
Price depends on the floor area, how much detail the space holds, the deliverables you order and the trip to West Jordan. A point cloud with a 2D CAD set is the starting tier, and a Revit model adds drafting hours on top of it. We itemize so you can take out anything you do not need.

Does the building have to close?
No. The technician works around people and operations during normal hours; a warehouse or shop keeps running. After-hours scanning is available when that is simpler for the occupant.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the City of West Jordan Building & Safety Division at 8000 South Redwood Road, which handles plan check, permits and inspections for remodels, additions and new construction. The design professional carries the permit; we supply accurate existing conditions.
Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and to whoever you name.
