What you get
An as-built from ADS is a measured record of your Valdosta building, produced from a laser scan rather than a tape and a clipboard. Depending on what you order, the set includes a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can walk through online, 2D CAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD and PDF, a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP or structural elements where the project calls for them. Area calculations to BOMA or REBNY standards are available on request.

Lucky Goat Coffee at Stonebridge Village in Flowery Branch, 1,838 sq ft, followed in November 2024, and the 10,443 sq ft Gallery House in Charlotte, NC in February 2025.
A Valdosta job runs like this: you give us the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need, and we send an itemized quote. Travel from outside the area is its own line. The scan is a single visit and the building stays in use. The scans are registered into one point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review the set before we release the final files.

What does it cost?
Square footage, how much detail is in the space, which deliverables you want and travel decide the number. A point cloud with 2D CAD is the base; adding a Revit model adds drafting hours. You get an itemized quote and can remove anything you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
It usually is for a whole building or floor. The on-site scan is short, the drafting happens off site whoever you hire, and travel is shown as a line on the quote rather than buried in the rate. If a job is too small to justify the trip we will say so.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3 and draft from the point cloud, so the dimensions are measured, not assumed. That is the difference between an as-built and a sketch.
Does the building have to close?
No. Stores, offices and plants stay open while we scan; the technician works around people and equipment. After-hours scanning can be arranged.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits. In Valdosta, permits and inspections are handled by the City's Inspections Department at the City Hall Annex, 300 N. Lee Street, which also serves Lake Park, Dasher and Hahira. Your design professional files the application; we make sure what it shows as existing is right.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are yours to keep and share.
