What does it cost?
Floor area, how much is inside the space, which deliverables you need, and travel. Point cloud and CAD only is the lowest tier; a Revit model adds drafting time. Quotes are itemized so you can drop what you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For one small room, probably not. ADS makes sense when the building is large or irregular, when you need Revit or the point cloud itself, or when the existing drawings are decades old and cannot be trusted, which is common in older downtown buildings. One visit captures everything; nobody goes back for a missed dimension.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and Matterport Pro3 and draw from the point cloud, so dimensions are measured rather than assumed.
Does the building have to close?
No. The Basehor café was scanned as a working shop.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for the submittal to the City of Topeka's Development Services division; our job is to make sure what it shows is right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
