Hire ADS and the first thing that happens on site is a laser scan, not a tape measure. From that scan we produce the deliverables you scope: a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin for checking conditions from your desk, 2D CAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD and PDF, and a Revit model at LOD 200–300 if your consultants work in BIM. Exposed MEP and structural elements are documented when you ask, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
We have not yet published a Titusville or Brevard County project. The nearest are a 1,053 sq ft Single-Family House in Jacksonville, scanned in December 2024, and the Supermarket Building in Bradenton, a 64,115 sq ft two-floor commercial building that had sat unoccupied and partly unlit. In April 2025 our crew scanned both levels with a Matterport Pro3 and delivered a point cloud, a 360° digital twin, CAD floor plans, a roof plan and exterior elevations, and an LOD 300 Revit model for the restoration design. Tom Rockwell of Rockwell Contracting said the process "was smooth, efficient, and completed right on schedule."

What does it cost?
Price follows floor area, the amount of detail in the space, the deliverables you choose and travel. A point cloud with 2D CAD is the lowest tier; adding a Revit model adds drafting hours. Each quote is itemized so you can see exactly what each piece costs.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a single small room, probably not. For a house, a commercial building or an industrial space, the scan takes hours and the travel line is a small share of the total. We state it separately on the quote so you can decide.
How accurate is it?
The Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 scanners record millions of measured points, and every drawing is drafted from that point cloud. The Bradenton supermarket had zones with no lighting at all; LiDAR captured the geometry regardless.
Does the building have to close?
No. Occupied homes, stores and workshops stay open while we scan, and we schedule around your operations.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits with a renovation, addition or change-of-use application to the City of Titusville Building Department. Statewide, condominium and co-op buildings three stories or taller fall under Florida's milestone inspection law (Florida Statutes 553.899), and a measured structural as-built supports that review.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud go to you and your consultants.
