No. The technician works around staff and customers during ordinary hours, and evenings or weekends can be arranged when a tenant prefers.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the City of South Jordan Building Department, which takes permit applications online. The design professional carries the permit; we make sure the existing conditions behind it are correct.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and to anyone you designate.
