Dimensions are measured by the scanner and drawn from the point cloud, not estimated. The RTC360, BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 cover different accuracy and speed needs, and we match the scanner to the job.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff and customers, and after-hours visits can be arranged where that is simpler.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
The set is prepared as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits with a tenant improvement or renovation application to the City of Sioux Falls Planning and Development Services, whose Building Services division handles permits. Your design professional owns the submittal; we make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and to any consultant you name.
