What you get
ADS turns a LiDAR scan of your building into the drawings a renovation, tenant improvement or facility record needs. Depending on scope you receive a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where you want them documented. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.
We have not yet published a Shreveport project; the closest ADS work is across the state line in Texas. In Dallas we documented the James Perse store at 3337 N Fitzhugh Avenue (2,798 sq ft, April 2025) and a 4,635 sq ft single-level brick-and-wood home in Hillcrest. In Amarillo we scanned the Brown Subaru dealership, 8,200 sq ft captured with a Leica RTC360 in November 2024.
How a Shreveport project runs: you send the address, the approximate square footage and the deliverables; we quote, with travel on its own line. A technician scans on site in one visit while the building stays open. The scans are registered into a single point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review the set before we issue the final files. Old drawings, if you have them, help us scope faster.

What does it cost?
Square footage, the complexity of what has to be drawn and the deliverables you select drive the price. Point cloud plus CAD is the lowest tier; Revit adds modeling time. Travel to Shreveport is itemized separately so you can weigh it.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
If the job is a whole building or a renovation where existing conditions shape the design, yes. Scanning takes a day or less, and measured drawings cost far less than the change orders that follow a wrong dimension. For a small single room we will tell you if it is not worthwhile.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3, and every sheet is drafted from the registered point cloud rather than from a tape or an earlier drawing.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The City of Shreveport's Permits & Inspections office at 505 Travis Street, Suite 130 processes building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits and plan review, with applications submitted through the MyGovernmentOnline portal. Our drawings are the existing-conditions base; your architect or engineer prepares the submittal.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and to the consultants you name.
